Identification and shortlisting the top IVF clinics/ hospitals based on filtering criteria such as size, ownership, previous funding rounds, legacy, and online patient feedback among others. Identification of KOLs who were not related to the selected clinics and hospitals to anonymously gather reputation, practices, and feedback among other details in a broader designed questionnaire 
Conducting mystery shopping surveys and interviews where our team spoke to in-house doctors (to understand ethics, best practices, and code of conduct among other things), we also conducted patient feedback interviews again to gather best practices and a few specific questions 
Generation of an in-depth report from all the interviews, secondary research, reputation analysis, patient interviews, KOL feedback, and in-house doctor and staff interviews
